Our teachers are dedicated, college degreed and experienced teachers who have chosen a career working with young children. Our staff retention rate has remained high throughout our school's history. Through on-going training each year, our staff of professionals keep abreast of current research, trends and best teaching practices.

Administration

Cori Fitzgerald

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Cori has been with The Bon View School since 2010, and has served as Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher and Administrative Assistant. Cori now holds the role of Assistant Director. She handles many administrative aspects of the school. Cori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech. Cori has four daughters that all attended The Bon View School and is a Bon View graduate herself!

Jaime Springston

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

Jaime has been with The Bon View School since 2017, where she started as a Lead Teacher in Group E. Jaime took over the role of Business Administrator in July 2023 and handles the financial aspects of the school. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management, and a Master of Teaching degree in elementary education. Jaime is a former Bon View parent and believes in the school’s power of play philosophy.

Corey C. Posey

DIRECTOR

Corey has worked with young children for over 20 years; in child care centers, private preschools, early intervention, and as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher in Chesterfield County. She has a Master’s of Education degree from VCU with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education. She is a former Bon View parent and had the joy of teaching at Bon View for six years. She is excited to get to know each and every one of the Bon View families!
